Bump up the amount of /boot space calculated per kernel. The current
value appears to undercount by about 260K/kernel.

Bump up the amount of space to assign to new kernels. The previous value
undercounted /boot space by about 260K/kernel. This overcounts by a little
less than that, but it's better to have a small safety buffer.
