Bogusly set source format to 3.0 quilt so we can pass
--include-removal to dpkg-source.

* Merge with Debian unstable, for the first time. Remaining Ubuntu changes:
  + debian/control:
     Keep Section, Priority and Standards-Version.
     Build-Depends: libcompizconfig0-dev instead of libcompizconfig-dev.
     Change Homepage to compiz.org.
     Fix the capitalization of Python (makes lintian happy).
  + debian/copyright:
     Update git URL, we got the package from a different page.
  + debian/install: dist-packages instead of site-packages
