Add close_fds=True in Popen() constructor in the py_compile() call.
Works around subprocess hang when more than one Python version exists
on the system (LP: #613675)

.terminate() can't be used because Debian still requires Python 2.5.

In pycompile, use process.terminate() instead of process.communicate()
because if there's nothing to do, the subprocess will never terminate.
