Remove support for mechanoid as mechanoid no longer runs.

In modern urllib2 there is no GopherBrowser handler.

Since it appears that mechanoid is no longer being maintained,
pull support.

I guess httplib intercept was never ported over from twill. here are some failing tests and a rough skeleton that isn't quite working.
