improve creation of file type list for Find command

The list no longer uses the "false or ... or ..." construct, but is
created correctly containing only the actual file types.
This also improves compatibility with Find commands that don't
support the -false parameter (like on OS X or FreeBSD).

fix cancelling in Find phase

if the Find command was still running (this regression
was introduced with the result sorting).
