Set additional software repositories (apt sources) to Ubuntu/Baltix 2011 (natty) in /usr/share/app-install/channels/

Reorganized additional software repositories installation: moved apt sources from /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ to /usr/share/app-install/channels/, implemented checking for duplicated repositories, see sbin/add-baltix-repositories, modified postinst script to run add-baltix-repositories; Wrote baltix-default-settings.TODO.txt; For detailed changes see debian/changelog

Fixed Baltix repositories at launchpad.net (PPA) in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ (removed universe, multiverse and restricted sections); Added new web bookmarks for Christians and other religious people, also added many Lithuanian sport-related links and fixed/removed outdated bookmarks; added symlinks /usr/lib/firefox-N.0/defaults/profile/bookmarks.html
