Merge (hidden) option to force Classic window.

This is useful for users of seamless virtualisation software, which (incorrectly)
claims to be able to composite.

Ideally this should be fixed to detect such cases and kick in automatically.
This will do for now.

Do.Platform.Linux: Also watch for renamed desktop files.

This fixes indexing applications newly installed by dpkg, which first
installs a .desktop.dpkg-new, and then moves to .desktop.

Other package managers or installers probably use the same behaviour,
to ensure atomic writes

Do.Platform.Linux: Fix PathForXdgVariable with null fallback

When a null fallback string is passed in the expected behaviour in the case
of no XDG environment variable being set is to return null. The code was,
instead, unconditionally Path.Combine()ing /home/chris with fallback, resulting
in incorrect behaviour.

configure: Require nunit > 2.5 for unittests.

We now use features found only in nunit 2.5. Fixes build
on systems without new-enough nunit
