-new config key: queued_render_timer
-How often queue renders occur. Shiny switcher queues some rendering tasks and does others immediately.
-lower value (default 2000) will, overall, cause less lag for updates to non-active workspace. Lower values will also use more CPU and depending on the system config may lead to more incorrect window grabs.
