Added d/p/lp1579222-fix-openvpn-platform-nl-logic.patch: this
changes the NMLinuxPlatform netlink logic so that peer_address
is no longer used in IFA_ADDRESS attributes, and a seq_result
of -EEXIST is treated as success.

* Added d/p/clear-requested-scan-when-supplicant-goes-down.patch:
  Clear scan_requested flag if supplicant released.

Fix a crash caused by a bad update of the patch, which failed
to remove a g_error call from NM_ASSERT_VALID_PATH_COMPONENT
( which was removed in the earlier version of the patch ).
