Added sort-stations-by-name setting to configuration dialog and added a sortable model to implement
By default - stations retain their - by-date-added order
If this preference isn't found in the config file, the default sort order is BY NAME, but this
is readily reverted to the old behavior by setting
    sort_stations_by_name
    in pithos/PreferencesPithosDialog.py
    from True to False
    at least until the config file is updated, at which time the setting in effect there will be used.
