Workaround for crash in unity-panel-service.

The Edit Undo test didn't work due to the bug LP #1063212 in
unity-panel-service. This should avoid it entirely.

Add conflicts, replaces and provides regarding appmenu-gtk packages, since we're essentially replacing appmenu-gtk with unity-gtk-module now. And we cannot test/use unity-gtk-module when appmenu-gtk is installed.

Fix a few things that changed with autopilot 1.3.
GtkIntrospectionTestMixin is no longer necessary, the X11 emulator as
well. Process related operations moved to self.process_manager.
