Creation of an aqsis-data package for examples

- switched to a more standard debian/rules, not relying on dh_auto stuff (not compatible with Jaunty)
- added versioned dependency on cmake to be sure cmake >= 2.6.3 is used
- install mime type in aqsis.install as they are installed upstream
