UBUNTU: [Packaging] expose versioned provides for contained dkms binaries

We carry a number of DKMS based kernel modules. Add versioned provides
for those using the -modules namespace so they can be depended on.

UBUNTU: [Packaging] update-version -- add dkms-versions data to sync list

In order to add versioned provides we will need to know the versions of
the carried dkms packages. Copy this over from the main package.
