Allow a mapping file to list more than one content fragment. The
individual elements will be concatenated locally.

cranky: update-dkms-versions -- improve dkms-versions selection

Add more detailed map selectors so that we can differentiate requests
from the main package and those from lrm. At the same time add a
handle/type specific differentiator so we can override a single kernel
if needed.

ancillary-bot: retry uploads

When uploads fail we will notice because we have no upload files. As
dput honours these files we can simply retry the uploads each time we
scan.

info/kernel-series.yaml: Add a meta to focal/linux-azure-cvm

Since linux-azure-fde only works in UEFI systems we can't run the ADT
tests against it. Add a meta package to linux-azure-cvm so we can test
it instead. Also move the automated-testing from linux-azure-fde to
linux-azure-cvm.
