hide the header frame entirely
since Jon removed the version label the header frame looks like a car crash, double so in OEM mode where a hack by cjwatson removes the third label.
since all the information there is fairly useless Jens and I opted to remove it entirely to get a more compact layout and not have to worry about the broken content

refresh artwork a tad
- sidebar now uses darker background to constrast better from content pane
- selected page breadcrumb now has a fully blue background rather than a white one
- removed dark text color consequently
- the selected breadcrumb doesn't have an implicit margin through the png anymore. if we want one back margin-top/bottom on the QFrame and setting them to 0 for the QLabel is the way to go (needs some real life testing) - 6383. By Jonathan Riddell
