English translation fixes: capitalise acronyms and use "unavailable"

In English, acronyms like GSM and GPRS are typically completely
capitalised, rather than just having a leading capital like "Gsm" or
"Gprs". Also, "unavailable" or "not available" is more correct than "non
available".

BUGFIX: subscriber_numbers is not available on all SIMs

The subscriber_numbers field is not available on my Australian Vodafone
pre-paid SIM. The international calling code is available though, so show
just the subcriber number as question marks.
