Added preliminary SpellCheckAction

Very basic, I wanted it to support 'Selected text' as well, but turns
out that manipulating GTK clipboards is really tricky. It works only on
text files for now.

ToDos:

 * Make it configurable -- run aspell, ispell or any other program
 * Check whether this works in non-English environments
