Made it possible to search entries without tags or keywords.

To search blog posts with no tags, type the following at a shell prompt:

  blaze-list -T NULL

Similarly, to search blog posts without keywords, type:

  blaze-list -k NULL

You can also use the keyword NONE if you like it more. Note that this
feature does not prevent you from searching entries that have a tag or
keyword 'NULL'; simply use a lower case form as follows:

  blaze-list -k null
