Overhaul of plug in architecture + some jQuery for good measure :)

Goals for 0.0.1 release:
- Finished IP address page
- init.d script compatibility with fedora. (my distro)
- Finished Ubuntu human and Fedora Themes.
- GNOME Panel Applet plugin.

Status:
Plug-ins can be activated and deactivated.
Layout is fixed and new menu system is functional.
Full support for profiles (creating, deleting, importing, exporting) through web interface.
Support for theming.
