Add greeter-pass-seat-id parameter

If greeter-pass-seat-id parameter in a Seat configuration section then
the greeter program is passed seat name and, for X displays the display
number. The parameters are passed just after the command and before
any other parameters which are specified in the respective .desktop file.

then the current seat number is appended to the xserver-command in front
of the display number.
