Description of the change
Gwibber currently clutters the system preferences menu. The accounts menu can be accessed from both the MeMenu and Gwibber itself. The general settings menu can be accessed through Gwibber itself as well.

gwibber-preferences desktop files. Unnecessarily GNOME
system preferences and both are available elsewhere.

Thanks for your contribution. We have already removed the accounts launcher, but we still need the preferences launcher in the menu. We specifically want Gwibber configurable without the need to run the client itself.
