Further work in progress. This now saves and restores the rerun list, as well as making use of now-working fields in SessionState for desired job list and run_list. TBD is correct setting of the result when skipping the formerly crashed job. Also, the metadata flags field in SessionState properties is currently used for storing the rerun list; ideally this will be in a binary application blob field which is being added to plainbox.

Work in progress. This preserves session state regularly and knows when the option should be given to the user to resume the test run. However, the code to actually resume will wait for a later merge. In passing, note that to permit the later intialisation of the whitelist and testitem models, a whitelist item factory class is now added; the GUI now generates the whitelist and testitem models only at the point of creation of these two screens. Which speeds the startup of the app somewhat :)
