 * Virsh is reporting ppc64le, not ppc64el. (LP: #1523674)

 * Don't hold the cluster configuration lock while reloading boot images (LP: #1524007)
 * Fix commissioning to correctly identify secondary subnets, VLAN's and fabrics (LP: #1524924)
