Made setting Tart for the first time nicer, some optimalizations etc, not happy with rsync implementation though, especially not if
server refuses connection, times out, what ever

Why didn't I did the EDITOR=nano stuff? Now I have to commit in vim >_> Anyway, added first_wizard, server_wizard and folder_wizard, what should make it easy to get Tart running the first time.
