Add means to query display output configuration from DisplayDevice

This adds a methods to DisplayDevice and HwcWrapper to assemble a
DisplayConfigurationOutput using the fb and hwc interfaces and EGL.
The code is largely borrowed from mir::graphics::android::Framebuffers.
This change does not yet make mir::android::DisplayConfiguration use this
code path.

  - mirserver ABI bumped to 20. Shells need rebuilding and probably changes:

    . Platform::create_display() requires a new parameter; gl_program_factory
    . Renderable::buffer() no longer accepts any parameter at all. Multi-
      monitor frame sync is guaranteed in other ways now.
    . Scene::generate_renderable_list() renamed to renderable_list_for(id)
      where id is an opaque compositor ID of your choosing.
    . Scene::set_change_callback() replaced by the more generic:

Adds a class describing a co-ordinate transformation

geometry::Transformation describes a combination of scaling, translation and rotation. Rotation is limited to rotation around the center of the given object. In an upcoming change this class should be used to describe the position of a surface in a scene, and thus also used to do co-ordinate transformations for hit testing and input dispatching.
The transformation is storesd in a way that trivial cases can be detected, and that tranformation parameters can be read and changed.
