Add the script to track user actions to the pages sent with the proxy.
All HTML pages have now a <script> tag in the <head> section that points
to the JavaScript file that will track and send all user's actions.

Merge IStreamDecoder and ISocketDecoder interfaces.
The interface IStreamDecoder has been removed. ISocketDecoder has been
renamed in IDecoder. Developers have now a unique interface for decoders
and a standard way to deal with them.

Cherrypick of revision 213 from lp:~andrea-bs/beeseek/add-script.

The revision forces the HTTP lib to send the Host header before all
other ones. This caused browsers and other applications to return 400
errors (Bad Request). It has been discovered most notably on some Ubuntu
mirrors.

Users are now able to surf the NET freely, altough some problems still
need to be fixed.
