First fix for bug in code generation reproducibility

The use of list(set(list)) was giving unreproducible ordering for FFV1, FFV2 etc.
This is now fixed using a Python dictionary, which is ordered as of (I think) Python 3.6.

*** NB The code will work with any python, but will only fix the bug for Python >= 3.6! ***
