RevisionSpec_revno._lookup has to default to r0 for r-x where x > last_revno
because it is supported in some cases. Were it is not supported we get another appropriate error.

fix some tests
* logging from lower bound is now allowed when it is excluded
* decrement some log lowerbounds to get the same output as before
* adjust the revisions we check for test_log_negative_begin_revspec
  because I think this test specifically wants to test a rev in the middle somewhere
