This matches the default behaviour of autopep8. Previously it would go in column 5, i.e. indented by 4 spaces.

[r=blake-rouse][bug=][author=mpontillo] Add the ability for a user to specify a hostname when assigning a static IP address. (this can not be used for DHCP purposes, since it isn't tied to a MAC address, but it can be used for DNS.)
