Added ubuntu changes to 3.3.4.

Test status 1.Apr:

NFSroot demo install works with
* Dell Opitplex 760 + 780
* Sun X4100 M2, X2100 M2

fails with kernel panic in forget_orginal_parent() with
* Dell PowerEdge R410
* IBM Blades HS21 XM

Quilt:

There also an additional patches/ directory, that contain quilt patches
of all ubuntu specific changes, except the motd->motd.tail (status ~ppa3)

Patches directory can be 'savely' removed, or used to
o create a bzr loom branch
o make the ubuntu pkg '3.0 (quilt)' (my failure is documented in README.ubuntu-porters)
