Work around this deep GTK+ difficulty temporarily by blacklisting GtkTreePath, which was wreaking havoc during a copy (as described in linked bug). Fixes: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1108155.

Didier correctly observes that it's not necessary to "Provide" the deprecated libautopilot-gtk-dev package: in testing I thought I had demonstrated that "Provides" resolves the conflict between the libautopilot-gtk and its -dev package; a new successful test proves that it's not necessary.

Per thomi's request remove headers, also Replace, Conflict, and Provide libautopilot-gtk-dev, thereby obliterating it from any existing installations. Note that I've tested this successfully against an existing install.
