Merge ~alextu/plainbox-provider-checkbox/+git/packaging:ppc_autopkgtest into ~checkbox-dev/plainbox-provider-checkbox/+git/packaging:master

Both plainbox-provider-checkbox and plainbox-provider-certification-client are the foundation of other providers, any miss on the 2 packages will impact other plainbox-providers for daily work.

So, this autopkgtest is trying to be the 1st step to make sure all test case ID changing should be applied to all foundation providers.
