Merge lp:~kamstrup/libunity/fixes-2011-09-15:

 * Fix critical warnings when remote scopes join/disconnect

 * Fix compilation warning in Unity.AppInfoManager

 * Make all internal scope invocations async. This fixes bugs where remote scopes would block everything until we had replies from them.

 * Break *private* ABI: The change to internal async calls will change the ABI slightly, but only in strictly private parts of the API, so this should not affect anything
