Control and encode a captured video stream which is then distributed through an 802.11 based wireless network, and viewed in real-time (<200ms) by a client in the highest attainable quality.
Developed primarily for Ubuntu on the Pandaboard, and for use on a custom-made Unmanned Aerial Vehicle.
This is a Thesis Project by Alexander Stevens for the University of Queensland, Australia.
