* UI cleanup following GNOME HIG:
  - default to OK in both dialogs
  - change dgl_apply_button to be an OK button
  - Set the title of edit_option_dialog to Edit
  - Set the title of full_options_dialog to Add
  - change select_option_request (label) to be 6 pixel above the treeview
    and horizontally left aligned
  - remove horizontal separator, option_label and dlg_selected_option
    from edit_option_dialog and use only enter_value_request
  - remove 'Screen N/A' from screen_text and 'N/A' from driver_combobox
