FIX: Change the way context is passed to functions in browse_record. First patch I made passed the context right after ids, but that doesn't work in many cases. Now we first ensure the context parameter exists in the function we're about to call and pass it correctly in that case.

Added context in all relevant workflow functions so strings can be properly translated.
Note that it requires the client to pass the paramter too, for it to work as expected.
