r1383 had a nexus10-only regression, which was that the device was leaking FD's in the hwc prepare/set loop. When we ran out of FD's from the kernel, the device would stop posting to the screen. This would manifest itself in relatively short order (about 1-2 minutes of tinkering with unity8). Change this so that we do not copy the fence for the HWC_FRAMEBUFFER layer.
