changed "abbreviate" to "shrunken/shrink", the expander button now
uses >>> and <<< to indicate the state of header shrinkage and also
uses the vm-mime-button face, altered the search for headers to use
vm-match-header functionality.

Added two functions to prettify the presentation of headers when
viewing a message. vm-abbreviate-headers will truncate headers in a
fasion quite similar to shrunken headers of rf-addons but is meant to
replace it, and vm-fill-headers attempts to uniformly display headers
that may have erratic layouts. Both are controlled by variables. Still

(In-Reply-To headers) in advance of using References headers. This
should give more robust threading behavior.

- Refined vm-thread-root-p condition so that it only flags up roots of
nontrivial threads, i.e., threads containing more than the root
itself. Bug 747159
- Added checks to vm-build-reference-threads so that it does not build
thread trees with circularities. They might cause integrity problems
during updates. Also, some refactoring in vm-thread.el.
- Fixed a bug in vm-build-reference-threads which discarded the parent
information from reference strings in some cases.

- Enabled the "Convert to text and display" MIME dispose menu item for
message/external-body types.
- All the other MIME dispose menu items also fixed for
message/external-body types. Bug 746667.
- The "Attach to composition" menu item fixed to work correctly on
mouse-3 (which earlier ignored the mouse position). Bug 738725.
