Port to OpenERP v7.0.
Fix the LP bug 1251354 (Incoherence between on_change args in view and on_change prototype)
I was able to avoid adding arguments to product_id_change() by using the fact that, in OpenERP 7, if the on_change of field A updates field B, then the on_change of field B is called.
Update coding style.
