Do not write the backend_id when the field is a readonly 'related'.

It provokes MemoryError, if the cause is not known yet, it is better to remove these useless writes

Don't call info() with Null for attributes.

This is a workaround when Magento is installed on a PHP 5.4 and the compatibility patch has not been installed.
