This branch is for OpenERP 6.1
This module will updated the procurement and also the PO if the need have changed.
Purchase order are in readonly until you deblock it
If the Purchase Order already exist for the same supplier with the block status ('partner_id', 'location_id', 'pricelist_id', 'dest_address_id', type must be identical) we add line instead of generating a new PO.
