More test suite fixes:

- added -q to wget in bootstrap.sh
- it's now possible to explicitly specify binary to be tested by passing
the configuration to the -c run.sh option. This should fix innodb51
and innodb55 in Jenkins.

Bug #744303: ib_partition.sh test fails

It turns out ib_partition.sh was not even supposed to pass since it is a
test case for a not yet fixed bug (bug #711166).

Fixed by reverting most of the MP #48953.
