New script to recreate the basic cluster for workload tests

New script to join nodes to a cluster automatically

Make a cluster, but using only the commands and resources that are
readily available to a user doing the same manually.

New node setup script

Replace current node setup scripts with a new one that allows selecting
Ubuntu release, microk8s snap channel, resource limits, etc. from the
CLI.

Use uptime in the flag file so we know how much it took to get there

Init repository

Add random scripts that I use to automate microk8s tests on s390x.
