Description of the change

Same as the branches for the SRU #1783183, but for disco. Testing instructions in the bug.

Bileto ticket: https://bileto.ubuntu.com/#/ticket/3510

I'm not sure bileto can be used yet for disco builds. The errors flagged in the output above all seem to be about infrastructure.
