Long ldif lines can be wrapped by starting the next line with a whitespace.
For documentation, it's better to start with two whitespace characters
to facilitate copy & paste, which would otherwise miss ending whitespaces
in the line above.

- Replace hdb with mdb in the replication section, provider.

Updated the example to add a new index to the mdb backend. I also changed the
attribute because uid is indexed by default and the example would fail with
a duplicate index error.
