Merged small-fixes branch [r=therve] [f=279343,273605]

Fixed issues include:

- Undefined variable in warning on apt_deb channel
- Failure with the fetcher test when pycurl wasn't available
- Rename of test.py to test so that it works with 2.6
- Minor tweaks in the sorting of deb installations
- deb-non-interactive option implies --force-confold for dpkg
