Modified landscape plugin so that if proxies are set explicitly in Smart,
they'll have precedence over the imported settings. This was done using

Implemented a simple landscape plugin. With it, if the option
use-landscape-proxies is explicitly enabled, it will try to read

Changed the Interface instance used in tests so that no progress output
is shown in the terminal. Besides being cleaner, that means doctests
are not as susceptible to breaking due to the differences in terminal
width.In addition to that, also changed the initalization tests setup/tear down
so that it doesn't polute the existing environment, potentially causing
