Fixes bug #381023. Searching for tags and groups specifically via the search.json or search.atom interfaces ignore the # and ! prefixes,
so they return plain old text search matches also, which aren't desired. This approach uses the tagrss and grouprss feeds and builds
messages from them. One limitation is that some author information is not available through the feed, namely the author's ID and the
author's profile image URL. These are left out, so note that images don't show up on the tag/group result tab.

I didn't apply to the generic laconica module, but I see no reason why it couldn't be.
