It also contains a small cleanup for hooks.py to avoid eval().

Merged ceph-client-interface [r=ahasenack,davidpbritton,free.ekanayaka]
[a=ack]

This adds the ceph-client interface to landscape-client charm, so that when the
subordinate is related to a ceph service it gets the client key through the
relation.
This will allow the landscape-client ceph plugin to pull information about ceph
rings without running as root.
It also saves juju API endpoints to landscape-client meta-data dir, so the
client can report them to landscape.
