At this point we can record (create,edit,delete) payslip input templates from both the payslip template and from contract.
This is not yet promoted to calculation, but a prototype on hooking the functionality into the system was successful.

 * Fixed a problem with code and name generation for contract
 * Reorganized form fields for for contract and employee
 * Created a separate entity for payslip template input details and overrides
 * Included payslip template input details and overrides in contract
